Located on the west side of the island Fairweather Place is the newest of the accommodations on Tobacco Caye, built in 2006. It is the smallest of the lodges on the island, but like all of the accommodations on Tobacco Caye, Fairweather Place is located on the beach.

Fairweather Place does not provide meals, but there is a kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals.

In the rare case when it is raining Fairweather Place also has a nice raised, covered verandah.

If you are planning to bring a group to Tobacco Caye, the entire facility can be rented and a cook can be provided.

The rooms here are on par with the rest of the island, and looked clean and well kept. There are three rooms with double beds, and one room with a single bed. There is a shared bath for the units, with out hot water.
