Gaviota's is located on the east side of Tobacco Caye, and also has a Snack Shop available that has cold beverages including beer, and a small menu which usually includes something like burgers or chicken sandwich. If you are staying elsewhere on the island and you didn't like what you were served for lunch, this is the only available walk-up service you can get in the island.

Gaviota's consists of a number of small cabins, along with a main wooden building that has additional rooms available.

Unfortunately I did not get a chance to speak with the owners of Gaviota's while at Tobacco Caye, to get additional information.
